Duties and Responsibilities:
This position is fully in charge of all make up related training for Sephora China. The candidate works on his own to analyze, design, schedule, delivery, implement and evaluate training courses to meet the business growth.
Basic Make Up training
- Capable to deliver basic training for new hired BA
- Develop, design and update basic make up & Sephora Brand training contents
- Combine Sephora WE CARE! More spirit and standards with any kinds of mu training
- Evaluate training performance and record result
Advanced Make Up training
- Lead the whole process of MU Expert BA selection, training and certification
- Develop & deliver the advanced make up training for Expert MU BA promotion
- Evaluate and coach the trained BA the customer service and mu application skill on stage after training
New exclusive brands & Sephora Brand
- Liaise closely with all new exclusive brands (US and European based) to negotiate sufficient training resources (training materials, testers, samples
- translate and design customized training materials base on Sephora e Care! MOREcustomer service & selling technique
- Define & schedule training organization & monitor training deployment
- Update Sephora Brand training materials and deliver relevant training
Make Up training Projects
- Take fully in charge of Area Make-Up Artist selection and execute train the trainer on regular basis to equip them with the updated new products knowledge and Service/sales
- Lead Sephora national Make-Up Master Competition
- Support internal and external make up events (Sephora Day, Grand Opening, Media, PR and Marketing events)
- Be responsible for seasonal looks design
- Present the concentrated mu training for store management office people
E-learning platform
- Design E-learning platform with Sephora Brand & new exclusive brands in time
- Monitor E-learning & E-testing progress and result, take necessary actions for improvement
- Upload Advanced training content in E-learning system
Qualifications:
- Have good team work spirit and positive attitude
- Be Honest, mature and Initiative
- Have at least 5 yearsexperience in make-up field and 2 years as make-up trainer
- Have excellent make-up application skill and color theory, excellent presentation and training skill
- Bachelor degree in related fields
- Have excellent oral and written language skills both fluent in English and Mandarin
- Workable computer skills ( PPT, Excel, Word)
- Willing to travel
