Main responsibilities:
Develop the perception of the Avandeo brand in China focusing on how best to market to the mainstream Chinese customer base
Give inputs to website and other aspects where customer will experience our brand
Provide insightful inputs to the marketing team and have a hands-on approach to working to develop campaigns
Build offline store design team to develop and improve offline store concept and roll out to locations in China
Define the product portfolio for the next 2 quarters with the product team and keep in mind of an overarching product collections which fit our brand
Oversee new designs and provide inputs to designers to jointly develop new products for suppliers to create

Candidates
Chineseor International with at least 2 years ' experience in Chinese context

Qualifications
5 years of furniture industry experience up to a management role with oversight of product strategy
Have background in marketing and experience with e-commerce
Experience managing team of at least 5 people and comfortable in being hands-on with product and store design

Financial expectations:
~30k monthly with potential for shares

与产品团队一起制定未来两个季度的产品系列，关注并搜集适合我们品牌的各类产品。
负责新设计和设计师提供输入,为供应商创造共同开发新产品。
监督新产品的设计，为设计师新产品的开发提供意见。

任职要求：
至少两年的在外企公司开发中国市场的工作经验。
5年家具行业工作经验，并曾在管理岗位任职，参与过产品策略的监督管理。
具备市场工作背景和电商工作经验。
管理过至少5人的团队，熟悉产品设计及店铺设计相关工作。
